Students can wear red/pink/purple for Valentine's week. 

Autopay runs Feb 11. New families, the $10/family registration fee will be added with autopay for those who have not already paid it.

The second shoe order will arrive at the end of this week and be given to students as soon as possible, directly before their class.

Fairies and Dragons dressup this next week (Feb 1-7).

The Livestream is having trouble connecting to the website. It is too cumbersome to set up each time, so we will post some playbacks in online class tab until its working. There will also be a livestream parent observation Feb 22-26 for all classes including PreDance. Hopefully it will be working fully by then, if not it will take extra time to get everyone added.

There was some confusion about payment methods. A couple options were Online (card) or Autopay (Card/Bank). Online (card) refers to Online store. This is not autopay. If you want your autopay setup either through card or bank, please call (406)781-5653.

Doors open 10 min prior to dance class for students. If you need an appointment please schedule one. The Livestream is so close. We'll be using Zoom. Originally, I wanted you to he able to access it without logging into Zoom, but we're running into coding issues.

The studio is currently working on getting everything online. This includes: class memberships, transactions, and store merchandise. If you do not see your class listed under your account, that is our fault. If you can log in, you are officially registered. Classes should be up and listed within a couple days. We are so sorry about the delay. We are also working on getting live stream setup, so you can online view your child taking class. Directions of how to view this, will be posted on this online bulletin of parent updates.

Also, class attire wasn't accounted for between genres. It makes sense to have a strict dress code for Ballet, however, a large part of hip hop culture celebrates variety. Each class should look presentable and neat in order for the teacher to properly assess their movement. We want dancers to express their own individuality, while wearing genre appropriate attire. The strict dress code was originally implemented in the most simplistic way possible. It is being adapted slightly to meet the needs of each genre and age group. We will be taking pictures of students to create an easily viewable standard of appropriate dress.

Also, a quick reminder that it's Troll dress-up week. 

We ask that dancers use bathroom at home before they come. This is to help mitigate the spread of germs. 

Livestream is almost set up. It may not be by this week, but once it is, it can be found under "My Account" tab once you log in.

One last note, if your kids would draw a picture or write a thank you letter, I'd love to send them to the grantor Liaisons as a thank you. You can have them bring pictures/notes to class or fax them in. I would like to send them within a couple weeks.
